Dealer registration

  Once you have registered as a dealer, a confirmation e-mail containing your username and password will be sent to your email address.

• 2)

  Log in to your account and extend the warranty of your customer's purchased product by completing the product registration form.

• 3)

  The prerequisite for a warranty extension is that you register your customers' tool online within eight weeks of purchase. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.

• 4)

  As soon as your customer's product is registered, you and your customer will receive another e-mail which confirms that the warranty period of your customer's product has been doubled.

• 5)

  In the event of any warranty claim, the e-mail and the original purchase receipt must be submitted by your customer to you or their nearest Bosch Service Centre or Authorised Service Centre. Please note that the data on both documents should match and existing warranty conditions will apply for the processing of warranty services.
